Apogee is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Systems Administrator located in Omaha, NE in support of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Long Range Stand Off (LRSO) program and B-21 SPOWhy work with us? o Manage, maintain, support, and optimize three separate client-server systems in a classified environmentUse effective analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to resolve issues and inform leadership on health, growth, status, and potential issues for all three systemso The system administrator will also work closely with both STRATCOM and STRATCOM-supported personnel and contractors to maintain and optimize on all three systems.
o Provides analytical and technical security recommendations to other team members, oversight boards, and clientso Identifies requirements, based upon need or as the result of a security issue that puts organizations systems at risko Meets with clients and management to help specify and negotiate application security requirements, reviews current policies and procedures for applicability, and system OS security patch levels, and ensures safe transition of applications to productiono Develop, debug, test and support the certification processo Create, maintain, and document security baselineso Evaluate and recommend secure remote configurationso Liaison to the Enterprise Architect, WAN, LAN, and Enterprise Management Teams to effectively communicate and architect security solutionso Develops documentation to support ongoing security systems operations, maintenance and specific problem resolutiono Works with and coordinates appropriate IT staff to implement solutions which will meet or exceed customer expectationso Provide risk analysis for vulnerabilities, incidents and change requestso Functions as technical lead during a security incident responseo Ensure that the design of hardware, operating systems, and software applications adequately address security requirements for the Computing Environment (CE) to include testing cybersecurity mitigationso Development and production of RMF documentation for Secret, Top Secret and JWICS networkso Conduct network and system security audits, evaluate how well system conforms to a set of established criteriao Analyze policies for effectiveness, make suggestions on security policy improvements, and work to enhance methodology materialo Document findings, write security reports, and discuss solutions with IT teams and managemento Perform security and technical assessments on new technologies and generate Best Practices for implementations of new technologieso Establish and sustain information security assurance processes that satisfy complex system-wide requirements What you will need to have:
o Security Clearance Required:
TS/SCI (must be able to get SAP clearance)o Possess an 8570 Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certification(Security+, GSEC etc)o One of the following education/experience combinations:
o Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and a minimum of 10 yrs years of relevant experience (12yrs preferred), 5 years of which must be in the DoDo OR, BA/BS degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience (15 years preferred), 5 years of which must be in the DoDo OR, 18years years of directly related experience (20 preferred), 8 years of which must be in the DoD in lieu of degreeo Strong knowledge and experience applying DoDD 8500.
1 Information Assurance, DoDD 8520.
1 Protection of SCI, DoDI 8510.
01 Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Technology, DoD 8570.
01M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, and DoDI 8580.
1 Information Assurance in the Defense Acquisition Process used for the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demandso Knowledge and experience with NIST 800-53, and DoD Risk Management Framework tools (eMASS/Xacta)o Extensive Linux knowledge/experience o Experience with one or more programming/scripting languageso System administration hardware, and software configuration/management for a Microsoft Office and Red Hat Linux environmentso Strong knowledge of database practices, and USSTRATCOM database organization, operations and objectiveso Preferred Experience MS Active Directory, RH Management program, MS Windows and RHEL 7/8 operating systemso System knowledge of Cisco or other switch configurations and management

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
